Captain Hawklin Among the Winners of the Pulp Factory Awards

Captain Hawklin and the Invisible Enemy was awarded Best Pulp Novel at the Pulp Factory Awards on 5/6/2022. I want to thank everyone who read and voted, recognizing my little pulp series.

While Captain Hawklin was the big winner, STORMGATE PRESS also received several other awards this year, including Best Cover for Pulp Reality 2 by the Hero Maker himself, Clayton Murwin. PR2 also took Best Anthology for the year and Stephen Burks received the award for his art in Pulp Reality 3 (which was also nominated for best anthology).

Brian K Morris (a STORMGATE PRESS contributor) won best short story for his work with Bobby Nash’s BEN BOOKS entitled SNOW Ambition.

I’m overwhelmed by the recognition that I and Stormgate Press received this year. Thank you to Ron Fortier, Rob Davis, Van Allen Plexico and all those involved with the Pulp Factory and the organizers of the Windy City Pulp and Paper Convention for hosting the awards.
